GEMA OptiGun GA03 is an automatic powder coating gun delivering up to 700 g/min powder flow at 100 kV and 100 microamps, engineered for high-transfer-efficiency coating of metal components in automotive and general industrial finishing lines. The integrated SuperCorona discharge ring provides a consistent charging field in recessed areas, reducing Faraday-cage effect. Low-maintenance design with quick-release nozzle system minimises colour-change downtime.
