- Provide equipment make, model, serial number and the installation location.
- Describe symptoms, alarms, operating conditions and the last successful operation.
- Share available drawings, manuals, software versions and previous service records.
- State site access, utility readiness, preferred language and the required project window.
How a project moves forward
- Review the issue and identify missing technical information.
- Confirm whether remote review or an on-site assessment is appropriate.
- Agree on personnel, tasks, timing, price and acceptance evidence.
- Record the work, unresolved items and responsibilities for follow-up.

Can you guarantee an engineer arrival time?
Personnel availability, location, site access and travel arrangements must be confirmed in the proposal. This page does not promise a universal response time.
Can technical service include spare parts?
Parts sourcing can be assessed alongside the service work. Confirm exact models, compatibility, lead times and responsibility for installation before ordering.
On-site work, safety responsibilities, qualifications, warranty coverage and service availability require project confirmation. Availability in Vietnam does not imply an established service network in every country.
