LUNA's granule and powder solution combines combination-weigher and auger filling technologies. For free-flowing solids, a 14-head combination weigher hits 10–2000 g targets at 0.1–1.5 g accuracy with 99 product presets. For powders, a servo auger filler doses precisely, with screw changeover for different products.
Lines integrate sealing, capping, labeling, automatic cartoning and desiccant-bag inserting, plus can seaming and inline UV sterilizing where needed. Suitable for granular foods, snacks, seeds, milk powder, solid beverages and pharmaceutical powders.

## FAQ
**Q: Multihead weigher or auger filler - which do I need?**
A: Free-flowing granules (rice, sugar, snacks) suit multihead weighers; cohesive powders (flour, spices, milk powder) need auger filling with servo control.
**Q: What bag styles can one VFFS machine produce?**
A: Pillow, gusseted and block-bottom on the same former set family; quad-seal requires a dedicated forming unit.
**Q: How is dust explosion risk managed for fine powders?**
A: Dust extraction at the filling zone, ATEX-rated motors where required, and grounding of all film-contact rollers.
