LUNA's honey and sauce filling line handles viscous and pasty products with servo piston accuracy. A modular layout — bottle feeder, rinser, servo filler, capper, double-side labeler and collector — adapts to round, flat and special-shaped bottles. Designed for honey, chili sauce, peanut butter, jam and thick condiments, the line fills 500–1000 ml (10–5000 ml configurable) at 200–2500 bottles per hour with 1–8 heads. Wetted parts in 316 stainless steel and food-grade PP meet GMP requirements, while "no bottle, no fill" sensing and foam-free nozzles keep filling clean and consistent.
