LUNA's eye-drop solution integrates turntable feeding, peristaltic-pump filling, dropper (inner plug) inserting, outer-cap feeding, servo capping, labeling and collection in one compact, GMP-ready machine.
Filling 5–100 ml at 30–40 BPM with ±1% dosing, the line achieves ≥99% yield on plug feeding, cap feeding and capping, with ±1 mm labeling accuracy. The peristaltic path keeps cleaning simple and minimizes cross-contamination — ideal for eye drops, liquid medicine and sensitive small-dose liquids. For higher-viscosity products, a rotary lobe-pump six-nozzle filler is available.
