Wine & Spirits Bottling Line Solution

LUNA's wine and spirits line uses negative-pressure level filling so every bottle shows the same fill line — essential for premium glass-bottle presentation. The full line covers feeding, rinsing, water blowing, drying, air cooling, filling, light inspection, capping, neck film shrinking, date coding and labeling. It suits bottle diameters of Φ40–90 mm and heights of 80–250 mm, fills 100–1000 ml at 1000–2000 bottles per hour, and uses imported IR sensors with a Siemens PLC and 7-inch touch screen. Imported plasticizer-free food-grade PVC hoses make it suitable for wine and other food liquids.
